Can Proactol Weight Loss Work For Us?
Ideally, following a tight regime of a controlled diet and doing regular exercises are the mandatory measures for prescribed weight loss. However, most people find it difficult to adhere to these measures over an extended period of time.
It is claimed that with Proactol you can escape these grating routines and can follow a near normal diet and overtime you will manage to lose weight and lead a healthier life. Proactol is an FDA approved OTC weight loss product. Proactol is not a dietary supplement. It is claimed to help lose weight overtime by working as a fat blocker or binder.
Excessive intake in calories will cause an increase in weight. The fats contribute far more calories than do proteins and carbohydrates. Fat therefore in our diet is the main culprit in weight gain. When taken in a prescribed manner, the active ingredient of Proactol attaches itself to the natural enzymes in the digestive system. This prevents these enzymes from breaking down over 25% of the fat you eat. The undigested fat cannot be absorbed by the body so it passes naturally through the body. This excess fat is therefore prevented from contributing to weight gain.
Proactol only works on enzymes that would normally help in the digestion of fat. So Protein and carbohydrates are not blocked from breaking down so they are absorbed in the normal way. Proactol does also not effect the heart or the brain. There are no unsettling effects such as a racing heart, the jitters or sleepiness.
When you use Proactol to lose weight, you may have to take note of drastic dietary restrictions, depending on your existing diet. Manufacturers of Proactol advise you to eat reduced-calorie meals of 15gms or less of fats on an average intake. For some this may take it’s toll, but that is the price you pay for you to have the option to slowly and steadily lose weight.
Some side effects may include lose bowl motion, or frequent bowl movement, gas, etc, if you do not observe the 15gms of fat intake. So if your able to put up with the dietary limitations and possible side effects -”treatment effects” as the producers of Proactol call them, Proactol should be able to work for you.
