How to Get Rid of Fat Fast
I quit smoking 15 years ago and within 3 months I went from 175 to 225 pounds. Now I’m up to 260 and I can’t take it any longer. The weight has to go and I know how to do it and I’m going to do it.

Fourth priority is blogging every day. To keep the pressure on myself,(my kids insisted), I have publicly listed my goals and will update my progress daily. If I cheat or quit everyone who follows along, (including my kids) will know it and I am not a quitter.
